DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION.

OUR SHIPPING DEADLINE IS 11AM MONDAY - FRIDAY, ORDERS AFTER THESE TIMES WILL BE PACKED AND SHIPPED THE NEXT WORKING DAY. - WE ARE BASED OUT IN THE STICKS AND RELY ON THE LOCAL VILLAGE POST OFFICE AND POST MEN AND WOMEN.

Please note, we can and will only send to a verified address. If you do not have a verified address with Paypal, we won't be able to send your order. We will, however, refund any money. We are unable to leave your order without a signature, our shippers will not leave around the back or under a bin etc.


Here's how your order gets to you!
First, you choose and order the stuff you want. We show you if we have it in stock, so you know if it's really going to get shipped. (We hate the Internet lottery of not quite knowing if what you are ordering is really going to be sent immediately)

We then lovingly pack your order in a suitably sized container/box/bag - reusing boxes / packaging wherever possible (it may not always look the best - but we try to do what is best to reduce waste).

We try and ship all orders - for items which are in stock - as quickly as possible. Monday to Friday, if you order before 11am, we aim for all orders to be sent the same day.

(Did we mention that we use Royal Mail Signed For and Tracked 24 or 48 for all of our UK deliveries where possible? - some larger / heavier / valuable items we will use other carriers - even though it may say Royal Mail when you select shipping option - sorry!)

The Royal Mail (or a courier company) then work their magic - and somehow it ends up where you wanted it delivered.

Unfortunately since Brexit there may be extra charges for non-UK mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland)

We generally ship 1st and 2nd class post that day from our local post office, tracked 24/48 are normally picked up by the nice post-person the next working day.

Our prices are for the cost of postage and packaging, unfortunately, the likes of boxes, bags, tape, printer ink, paper and electricity all cost money, we only charge a small amount for these,

We use a weight based UK shipping calculator. Our prices are as follows [ UK only ]:

Up to 2kg - £3.95 - £5.95
2-10kg - £6.95 - £9.95
10-20kg - £9.95 - £12.95
Over 20kg, please contact us for assistance and prices.

Our aim is to despatch Goods as soon as possible, if you need goods for a specific time or date please contact us to arrange this. We will send Your order on a tracked or Signed For ( depending on the chosen service ) delivery with Royal Mail or by a private courier. At checkout, you can use the choose the appropriate available shipping option which may include next day delivery or a courier service. We do try our hardest to get all orders out the same day although we do have a 11am cut off point. Any orders after 3pm will certainly be sent out the next working day via your chosen delivery method. Please note, shipping times are from when the order is shipped and not placed.

Please Note: We can not offer Next Day delivery to Ireland, even those with a UK Post Code.


STORE PICK UP -  CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
You may arrange to pick your items up, you MUST make a prior appointment to do so. If we receive an order for store pick up without an appointment, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.


UK DELIEVERY
On standard orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, and although on the whole, parcels arrive within a 2-3 day window, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and cannot guarantee this. For heavier and more expensive orders we use a courier service so goods will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery the following day. At present we use Hermes/Evri, DPD, UK Mail, Parcel Force, DX and Yodel for our courier services. Goods to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands are generally sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels as we have found this to be the most cost effective and efficient service.

Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail, or Your nearest depot in the case of a private courier. If the courier has tried to deliver and no one was available at the delivery address, they may try and deliver to a neighbour, if you do not want this please state so in the comments box at the time of ordering. Failing delivery to a neighbour, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you have provided your e-mail address you should receive an e-mail from the courier that will include a unique link so that you can track the progress of your order. If you have entered your mobile phone number into the site you may also receive a text message with delivery information.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of Your Order and the delivery address that you give when You place Your Order. We can change the delivery address up to the point when the item is despatched, after that point, it cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

The delivery times are given to us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day.


Free Delivery
This option is available on orders over £65 and are sent via Super Saver Delivery. Super Saver Delivery is 5-7 days. When we have a sale one, we raise the free shipping spend to £75.


Next Day Delivery - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
This option is available on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and will either be sent using one of our Courier services. You can select Next Day delivery when you go through the checkout process. This option, unfortunately, is not available to all postcodes. Delivery on the Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.


Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on the preceding Friday and will either be sent using Saturday Special Delivery with Royal Mail or by DPD Saturday Delivery. Again, this option can be selected when you go through the checkout process but unfortunately is not available on all UK postcodes.


International Delivery
We are currently unable to ship abroad. You will be asked to contact us for international orders, let us know what you want and we will provide you with a price on international delivery.

You'll receive an email tracking email after your order has been collected.

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.


PLEASE NOTE:
DELIVERY TIMES ARE FROM WHEN WE SHIP THE ORDER AND NOT FROM WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. ON OCCASIONS, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.


Finally, we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you.

If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

PLEASE CHECK CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER AS IT MAY NOT BE WHAT IS INSIDE THAT IS DAMAGED. WE SUGGEST IF YOU SEND ANY ITEMS BACK THAT THEY ARE SENT VIA TRACKED/INSURED MAIL, WE AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED MAIL THAT GETS LOST ON THE WAY TO US AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL WE ARE IN RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM/S
